This hotel in the Sierra de Tramontana mountains is surrounded by olive trees which provide us with olive oil, and lemon and orange trees which provide freshly squeezed fruit juice. It also has its own garden where we grow vegetables and aromatic plants to flavor our dishes. The land provides us with fresh products such as tomatoes and lettuce and aromatic herbs such as THYME, basil and rosemary.
