Levanta: A Club Avandra Wellness Retreat
Naviva, a Four Seasons Resort, Punta Mita, Mexico
Midlife doesn’t come with a manual, but it should come with this: four days of expert-guided movement, deep restoration and expert nourishment, held privately at one of the world’s most extraordinary award-winning sanctuaries, surrounded by women who understand exactly why you’re there without you having to explain it.
Levanta was built for exclusive access, in a private capacity, with a small group of like-minded women. The focus will be movement, rest, delicious food, and the sort of connections – should you seek them out – that happen naturally and easily
This retreat is run by Alta, a global platform for women navigating midlife and represents a new partnership for Club Avandra. (Find out more about Alta here https://alta-group.co/). Alta’s focus on bringing together accomplished women through thoughtfully curated gatherings, trusted insight, meaningful connection, and practical guidance for this defining stage of life chimes with Club Avandra’s values.Â
Jungle on one side, ocean on the other, and four days with nothing required of you except to focus on yourself, which — let’s be honest — is usually the hardest part.

Naviva, a Four Seasons Resort, Punta Mita, Mexico
Private oceanview jungle bungalows, each with its own plunge pool, set between rainforest and shoreline at an award-winning sanctuary built for genuine restoration rather than performative luxury. Expect quiet, thoughtful design, access to the resort’s private beach, and privacy that makes it very easy to forget anyone else exists — until you wander down for dinner and remember why you’re glad they do.
Your Host
Levanta is hosted by Alta, a global platform creating thoughtfully curated gatherings and experiences for accomplished women. Alta has designed the retreat to balance movement, restoration, trusted expertise and meaningful connection, while giving every guest the freedom to participate in her own way.
Expect a team who ask thoughtful questions rather than making assumptions, who understand that ‘wellness’ means something more specific than a green juice and a gong bath — and a small group of Club Avandra women alongside you, all there for reasons you’ll likely recognise as your own.
